hello to everyone… this is my first time using this site. Heck i just got the internet last week so i am new all around. I am interested in losing weight. I have concluded that i am going to create new habits in eating and actually exercising 30 mins a day. I am tired of being fat and out of shape. i am getting older it is time. i’d love to become part of a support system giving and receiving motivation, being held accountable, etc… thanks for having me look forward to meeting some friends
